Many shoppers encounter unclear statuses when tracking a parcel from Aliexpress. Today we will understand the meaning of “International shipment release – Import” status, which refers to a major Chinese carrier.
What does the status mean
Firstly, your parcel has successfully reached its destination country. Secondly, it has been registered for onward transmission to the postal service. That is, the parcel from AliExpress has already left China, having safely passed customs inspection.
If you need a concise status value, you can get away with two words – released by customs. This is good news, as you are sure that the order will not be delayed at customs.
Also buyers from Aliexpress may see almost the same status, but at the end instead of the word “Import” there will be “Export”. It means the parcel is still in China, but already prepared to move to the destination country.

Since its inception, the company’s main priority has been to deliver goods ordered from the Chinese marketplaces. The company has a network of warehouses in China and Russia. J-NET cooperates with the postal services of the UAE, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Ukraine. Additional service of the carrier is warehousing. The company uses air, land and water transport for cargo transportation.
The Chinese company cooperates with reputable local delivery services in Europe and USA. J-Net’s mandate ends in the destination country, as the parcels are handed over to its partners.
All J-Net parcels are seamlessly tracked all the way to China. Usually, the first three letters “JNT” are in the tracking number of an order handled by this company.

How long before the parcel arrives?
Since the order is already in your country, you will not have to wait long. To cities in Russia, Romania, Israel, Taiwan, Indonesia and Ukraine, the parcel will arrive in 7-15 days. In more remote areas the waiting time may be a few days longer. If the parcel is delayed, we recommend to contact the local shipping companies and not J-Net.
