How does the 300% warranty work?
We’ll reimburse you three times the price if you receive a device with less storage capacity than described. You’ll need to file a return and provide proof. It is important to do this within the buyer’s protection period. In addition to a refund, you will receive a coupon for twice the amount of your order. We plan to extend the warranty to other categories of goods in the future.

Money Back Guarantee
We will refund your money if the item you received is not as described or was not delivered within the buyer protection period. You will receive your refund 15 days after submitting your request. This guarantee does not affect your consumer rights under the laws and regulations in force in your country.
- Contact the seller
Go to your order history and select an item. Discuss the problem with the seller and try to find a solution.
- Apply for a refund
If you do not reach an agreement after contacting the seller, open a dispute within 15 days of delivery of your order or after the agreed delivery time.
- Get your money back within 15 days
Most sellers will refund your money after 15 days. If not, contact AliExpress from the order details page to escalate the dispute.
Free Refund

You will see a “Free Refund” icon on the product information page if the seller provides this service. You will be able to return your purchase within 15 days of receipt if it is unused and in its original condition – complete with original packaging, label, etc.

It’s easy to return merchandise:
- Get a return code or label;
- Wait for the package to be picked up, or bring it to the designated delivery point;
- Wait for confirmation from the warehouse that the goods have been received.
- Open a dispute and select “return merchandise”.

Who is the service available to?
- Free returns are not available everywhere. Free returns are available in the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil, and Israel.
- Free returns do not apply to all AliExpress.com merchandise. Sellers may offer this service at will. You will find a free returns icon on the product details page if the seller offers this service. Shipping charges for returns- Returns to your home or listed local address are free.
- Note: You can only return items for free once per order. If you want to return multiple items individually, you can also use a local return, but you will have to pay for shipping to the warehouse. To save on shipping fees, we recommend returning items from the same order together.
Local requirements

The seller must comply with the legal requirements (warranty, returns, etc.) that may apply in your country. For example, in most EU countries you will get a 2-year conformity guarantee and the right of return within 14 days (in this case the buyer bears all return costs).
When can I apply for a refund?
- The product was purchased from the seller on AliExpress.
- The request was submitted within the buyer’s protection period.
- The request complies with AliExpress rules and applicable laws and regulations.
- You can provide proof that the item is tampered with and does not match the description. For example, a certificate from the brand or a video of testing the product you received.
How do I file a return and how is it processed?
- If the seller cannot provide an authentic item, you can open a dispute for a refund.
- After opening a dispute, AliExpress may ask both you and the seller for evidence to process the complaint.
- If AliExpress determines that the complaint is valid, the seller will be held liable.
Exceptions
AliExpress has the right not to provide a refund if:
- You are a brand owner or there is a suspicion that you are a brand owner. Brand owners can assert their rights and interests through Alibaba Group’s Intellectual Property Protection (IPP) platform.
- You asked the seller to make and sell counterfeits or circumvented legal regulations to claim compensation.
- You placed an order knowingly as part of the seller’s trade, business or professional activities.
- There is a suspicion that you have tampered with the item you purchased.
- Based on the available evidence, it is difficult for AliExpress to determine if the seller provided the authentic product.
