Before writing a message and contacting a seller on Aliexpress, you need to know a few important facts which will make the conversation easier.
All correspondence should be in English; unfortunately, sellers do not understand Russian, and if you use it, there are bound to be misunderstandings. If you have a basic knowledge of English but cannot speak or write in that language, you can use an online translator.
In addition, if you have a complaint with the seller – do not threaten or insult him. Doing so will lead to immediate blocking of your account without clemency. To resolve problems, open a dispute and negotiate with the seller.
